Claiming a damage

During office hours you can reach us at 070-3131010 or on info@hk.nl. We will help you with any questions you might have about claiming a damage, buying a new car or explanation of the policy conditons.

In case you want to inform us about a damage outside of office hours please take the following steps:

In case of burglary, theft or vandalism please inform the police and ask them to make a statement. Also send us an email.
If possible, stop the damage from getting worse by taking necessary action
Fill out the damage claim form
Ask a repair company for a quotation and send that to us together with the claim form
If the damage is a broken window you can have it repaired immediately.
In case of a car damage please use this form and make sure the fornt and the back are both filled out and signed.

Buying a new car

In case you buy a new car on the weekend when our office is closed, please take the following steps:

Send us an email with the following information: The licenceplate number, the meldcode, your date of birth and the number of years no-claims bonus from your previous car insurance.
Call us on Monday morning to make sure we have received your email. We will arrange cover immediately and will find the best premium for you.
If it is not possible to email us please leave a message on our answering machine.
